Owners may not be able to lease or sell their property if their pools do not meet safety standards in accordance with new regulations due to come into effect in April.
All pool owners have until the end of April to register their swimming pool or spa on the NSW Swimming Pool Register. At this time, the poor or spa must also be compliant.
