Should there be a minimum apartment size? Will this make projects unviable for developers ? Or would apartment prices rise to unaffordable levels?
Draft guidelines proposed by the Office of Victorian Government Architect, Better Apartment Design would include minimum ceiling heights, minimum apartment sizes set at 37 square meters for studio apartments and minimum storage space. The draft has not yet been approved by Planning Minister, Matthew Guy.
